Member Comments: Our Accountant’s Experience in Europe

Our accountant, Carol, and her daughters, Geneva and Genessa, in front of Buckingham Palace on their recent trip to Europe.

Last month, our accountant Carol, was traveling Europe with two of her daughters and she got to experience what it’s like to travel as a Discovery Club member:

I gave [the form] back to them with the reservation I got from Brooklyn. Wow, what a complete change in attitude. They ripped up the hotel reservation card I started filling out, picked up something they had printed off from the Discovery Club (which was at their fingertips), told us they had been expecting us and that they had talked to the Discovery Club. They made a point to say they had given us a very big room and they were going to treat us very well and they hoped we and the Discovery Club would be happy with everything. They upgraded our room to at least twice the size we had in France. A lovely fruit basket was waiting for us; I can’t say how nice that was. This is a wonderful start to the last leg of our trip.
